I was so pleased after meeting Lynn Fleming and talking about her lovely herd with her that she offered to sell me GE. His dam Gypsy is one of her strong Explorer daughters, but with the twist of dairy and breed character through Glynnie, a POTF Bartholomew daughter. The double breeding of ++*B Brown Sugar’s Crown Ambassador completed the package for me. I don’t normally appraise bucks, but this year after his spring shave there appeared this beautiful mature buck where before was just a big gangly boy. I could not be more pleased with GE and his daughters and sons in my herd.

If you are math challenged three pt one four is PI, hence Pi’s call name. A black and white beauty. I held my breath for a buckling out of this breeding, was even more thrilled when Shoofly granted me not only the buckling of my dreams but our lovely Sweet Tater Pie also.

I jumped at the chance to get this very well bred buck from Sara Koehn-Walberg of Blissberry Nubians. There is little more to say when you wade through this pedigree. Santa Cruz embodies everything I would like to breed for in Nubians, milk, show, longevity, she has the whole package. Nick is a beautiful buckling that I am looking forward to using in my breeding program.
